to Gary, Kenneth and Kirsty. while we are all sad at our Auntie Mae 's passing, we know that she is now with her beloved Ronald. Mae was our mum's youngest sister and while she lived in Canada for most of her married life, she always made a point of visiting her home town of Belfast to keep in touch with the family there. we as her nieces and nephew have been very grateful for that. We have many happy memories of fun times and family catch ups and are very thankful that four of us got to visit Toronto for Mae's 80th Birthday, that was our last visit . Thank you , Gary and Ken for keeping in touch , your mum was much loved , Sending love and blessing to you both also Kirsty and Margaret and family on this sad day from Jacqueline, Janice, Girvin , Maureen and Donna - Posted by: Jacqueline Doran (niece) on: May 28, 2026

For Kenneth and Gary! It is great saddness that we read about Mae's passing just yesterday in the Winnipeg Free Press. We learned they had moved back to Winnipeg no doubt to be nearer to their children. We first met your parents when your dad, Ronald, joined Winnipeg Clinic for a few years and then moved on to teachings positions in hospitals in Winnipeg and Toronto. Your dad made a remarkable career after coming to Canada. They were a talented couple with Ron at the piano and Mae sharing her cooking skills. It was always enjoyable to share dinners with them. Most recently, they visited Victoria and we renewed our friendship. Harry relocated to Victoria in 1999. We also visited them in their new condo in Toronto. We can only imagine how much you miss them. From Harry and Martha Janzen - Posted by: Dr Harry and Martha Janzen (Friends through our husband who were medical colleagues in OBGYN) on: May 24, 2026
